Jennifer Therese Campbell

          I focus my practice on estate planning, estate administration, and probate law, including conservatorships, guardianships, and special needs trusts.  I opened my own law practice late in 2010 after spending three years practicing exclusively in estate planning and probate law as an Associate Attorney/Senior Associate Attorney with a mid-size Sacramento firm.

I have represented clients in numerous venues throughout California, having appeared in the Counties of Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Amador, Yolo, Butte, Humboldt, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Alameda, Contra Costa, Orange, Ventura, and Los Angeles.  I am a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar Sections for Solo and Small Firms and Trusts and Estates.  I am also a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and their Probate Section, as well as the Sacramento Estate Planning Council.  I serve on the Board of Trustees for Stanford Settlement, a local non-profit, serving the needs of children, teens, and seniors in the Northgate/Gardenland area.

I am a native of Fair Oaks, California, and have spent most of my life in the Sacramento area.  I still live in Fair Oaks with my husband and four children, two of whom have special needs.
