I represent working people that are injured on the job. I believe everything should be explained thoroughly and in understandable terms. Getting injured on the job can be a scary and life-altering event. Getting your worker’s compensation benefits can be a complicated process to get through that requires excellent representation. Through my education and experience, I strive to make a difference in the lives of my clients by leveling the playing field against the powerful insurance companies who profit by denying benefits to injured people.

Tom Johnson represented me very poorly.
At first not knowing anything about work comp and all it entailed Tom appeared to be knowledgeable and capable. Through the process he dropped the ball several times including giving me wrong information about my rights as a claimant. Simple questions that he didn't know the answer to, for example, w...
"I endorse this lawyer. Tom and I have worked on several cases together. Our most recent was a "writ denied" trial victory involving lifetime benefits to the disabled surviving dependent of an employee alleged to have been killed in a work-related MVA. Tom proved himself an excellent litigator, an able (and successful) appellate writer, a calm negotiator and a very hard worker. He will be a asset anywhere."
"Tom mentored me when I first became a Workers' Compensation attorney. He is knowledgeable, competent, and professional. He has an amazing comprehension of medical and legal issues. He provides excellent support to clients and is trusted and respected by judges and colleagues in the legal community. I strongly recommend him to clients that need representation in California."
"Tom is an excellent attorney with over 20 years of experience to assist an injured worker obtain and maximize the workers compensation benefits they are legally entitled to."
"I enthusiastically endorse Tom Johnson for both worker's compensation and for serious personal injury cases. Tom is a hard working, detailed minded and vigorous advocate for all of his clients and he never fails to obtain maximum compensation for his clients. His legal acumen is recognized by both his professional colleagues and his opposing counsel and his clients unfailingly receive both personal and attentive care."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. I have worked on numerous cases where I represented the personal injury side of the case and Mr. Johnson represented the workers' compensation side. He is detailed, thorough and is an excellent advocate for his clients."
