Biography
Ms. Zahbihi has over a decade of hands on experience in the construction industry. Over the years she has worked for many large construction, or construction related companies, and has a thorough understanding of the industry. Her experience as a construction project manager, and account manager puts her in a unique position to be able to fully understand the many different phases, needs, and risks of a construction project. Having this knowledge, Ms. Zahbihi is in the best position to advise and aggressively advocate for her clients in a construction related matter.
In the area of commercial litigation, Ms. Zahbihi feels comfortable in the courtroom, and fiercely advocates for her clients. Her area of practice includes, but is not limited to business entity formation, and dissolution, drafting complex equipment, and business buy-sell agreement contracts, construction contract, construction defect, mechanic's lien laws, and creditor representation in collection.
PERSONAL:
When not in the office, Ms. Zahbihi loves to spend time with her family, particularly her little girl Emma. She is an international marathoner, and loves the art of running. On weekends, she can be found hiking with friends and family all over the great mountains, and terains of California.
