Excellent, Professional, Compassionate

Ross was referred to me for representation in a personal injury case. I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and his constant contact through all aspects of the case - especially considering my naivety in this area. Over the year and a half or so of the case, his legal advice was always... sound and I felt like a valued client, not just another case file. Ross was diligent and patient, always opting to take the higher moral ground - which I really appreciated. Having said this, he is not afraid to stand up to frivolous issues and not just settle a case. I cannot recommended him highly enough, as his demeanor and approach to cases and clients has impressed me a lot.
