Nicholas Joseph Sheedy

Had an appointment on Sept 18th with Nicolas Sheedy. He apparently decided to leave early for an elk trip so he was a no show. No one from his office could bother to call and tell us not to come. Nicolas Sheedy did call our home phone while we were sitting in his office to let us know he would be ...happy to help us. We met with his assistant Moneca Caruso. She told us to come back next Thursday at 4. She was very into her upcoming Hawaii vacation so maybe she didn't think to mention Thursday Oct 9th (which was not next Thursday). Seeing a pattern of lack of communication with their office I emailed Moneca Caruso at 12:43 to confirm the appointment. At 1:45 I called their office and got their machine stating do not leave multiple messages we will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. We had to leave for our appoinment at 2:45 to get there on time. When we arrived Miranda Perez stated our appointment was for Oct 9th. We told her no that Moneca Caruso told us next Thursday (today) and Moneca came out yelling that was not true. Miranda said we emailed and called you. Yeah at 3:24 I received an email which I don't get when I am driving and Moneca left 2 messages on our home phone at 3:12 and 3:14 We had been on the road for a half hour at this point. No respect for your time. Reviews talked about Nicolas Sheedy being arrogant, I wouldn't know but his staff sure is.

Having watched everything. My friend has gone through with this attorney. I would give him no stars. He doesn't care about the people that he represents and does a poor job at representing his cliette. He makes a lot of promises. He makes a lot of promises initially smiles and everything, but after t...hat, after you sign on that paper. He's done with you all he cares about. Is the dollar run as fast as you can and find another workman's competernity.

Nick is an intelligent man. I loe his bedside personality. Unfortunately some of his associates take side with opposing counsel and do not give me a opportunity to give a followup to clarify what may have really happened. I feel boxed in and little to no legal help or defense. It is a struggle to get... on their page. Since I have not really been written in. For instance I asked his office to contact my doctor to ake shure the doctor had the write authorization tho give me my pain medication. They said, "No give the doctor a call yourself."

I was a client of nick sheedy in a work comp case. His office did nothing to help me through this difficult process. He let the comp system bully me around and only had his profit margin in mind. His staff is unproffecional and unhelpful in every manor. I would have been better off going at this myse...lf. They sent me to doctors that down played my injuries just so he could settle the case as soon as possible and move on to his next victim.
