Trust

I met with Hannah Shakin to discuss how I could protect my assets from going through probate. After she listened to my concerns and goals, she drafted a Will, Trust, Durable Power of Attorney for Financial Management and Health Care Directive. These documents were executed on September 6, 2016 with... no revisions and in a timely manner.

Hannah helped us with our living trust, wills, and durable power of attorney documents. She did an excellent job explaining the process and the documents in terms my husband and I understood. I would highly recommend her.

Excellent service!

Hannah was very professional yet personable. She offered sound advice and was efficient in following up with details agreed upon. She offered suggestions in the rewriting of our Trust that enabled us to feel comfortable about our decisions.
