Biography
Benjamin D. Fox was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2013 after obtaining his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Davis School of Law. Prior to law school Mr. Fox received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bethany University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
During law school, Mr. Fox clerked for the Honorable Timothy Volkmann and the Honorable Jeff Almquist in the Santa Cruz County Superior Court. In addition, Mr. Fox worked for the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office and the California Attorney General’s Office. In his final year of law school, Mr. Fox was an inaugural member of the California Supreme Court Clinic at U.C. Davis School of Law where he drafted briefs for cases pending before the State’s highest court.
Mr. Fox is admitted to practice law before all courts of the State of California and is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association. His areas of practice include trust and estate litigation, elder abuse litigation, and general business litigation.
Mr. Fox’s interests outside of work include hiking, mountain biking, community development, literature and playing guitar.
