Benjamin Cadranel is a corporate attorney, fundraiser, and master connector and ecosystem builder. -Mr. Cadranel served as buyer's counsel on the purchase of a $10.25 million hotel in California.

-Mr. Cadranel served as seller's counsel on the sale of a IHOP restaurant valued at over $5 million

-Mr. Cadranel facilitated an $11 million investment into a manufactured housing portfolio through a tax advantageous exchange.

-He advised on a nationally recognized partnership between the Boys and Girls Club of America and Major League Baseball on behalf of Now Performance.

-Mr. Cadranel wrote (and won) a $190,000 grant with the City of Sacramento in partnership with the Greater Sacramento Urban League for a student animated film project on behalf of Animation Intern Education.

- Mr. Cadranel advised and wrote an MOU signed between the World Health Organization and Now Performance for a youth sports/health intervention program.

-He won a $150,000 grant from the Ralph M. Parsons Foundation on behalf of the California Summer School for Math and Sciences (COSMOS)

-Mr. Cadranel constructed from the ground up a public/private partnership between Woodland Community College and Yolo County Mental Health to create a wellness space on the WCC campus over a three-year pilot with over $200,000 in cash and in-kind resources committed to the project.
