Monthly legal fee scheme - do not waste your money
Small retainer and a flat monthly legal fee. There's a reason for that. Litigation is a long process and majority of that process is your file just sitting there. Although, it is unfortunate to hear things like this, especially when there is no way to respond when I do not know the name of this "client" and United Law Center has had no case with such an outcome and an unhappy client. We have help thousands of homeowners since 2008 stay in their homes and recover damages for wrongful foreclosure and I am very proud of our efforts, which include a dozen or so published and high exposure cases that have strengthened California homeowners' rights. Of course, we strive to do better, and I would welcome this individual to call me personally so we can discuss the issues they seemed to have experienced. As I said, however, I am very glad to hear their case turned out so well, a very rare outcome indeed! Congratulations.

Would Not Recommend
All talk, no action. Delays, no filing of case/complaint. Left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing. Wasted my time and took my money. Wanted more $ for a securitization audit on a Fraud case. Based their fee on what your mortgage payment is and quoted one price, then raised it...
