Speed Racer

The first attorney I had call wish me good luck after what fine and license suspension to be expected on my speeding ticket of over 100 mph. Richard had a plan on how to approach the court system and manage to have all charges drop and was able to continue to keep my job. Thanks again for your help............

Excellent Criminal Defense Attorney

This is my first experience with a Criminal Defense Attorney. I was very impressed with him from my first phone call through the disposition of the case. He came to our home on a Sunday, took pictures, asked many questions and within a couple of days had response letters ready for our signatures and ...was able to get the case dismissed. He sent by Fed Ex a complete indexed binder complete with pictures, etc. I highly recommend Richard Margarita. He has so much experience, having worked for both the Sheriff's Dept. and the District Attorney's Office.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
