In my opinion, the K-3 visa is worthless. Sure, he can file an I-129f petition for a K-3 however the USCIS will "marry up" the two files (the I-130...

I think she should seek out a proper consultation from a qualified immigration attorney. The potential problem is false claim to U.S citizenship....

They simply assign an "A" number with an application for OPT. This is the normal message one would receive.
