I am writing this review as a beneficiary in a Probate trust matter where Jeffrey Klink was appointed as Trustee. In my personal opinion and based on my direct experience, there were significant concerns regarding the transparency and responsiveness of his office. It is my honest belief that the mana...gement of fiduciary obligations in this case did not align with the standard of care I expected from a professional trustee. From my perspective, his professional methods appeared to prolong conflict rather than move toward a resolution, which I found to be harmful to the interests of the beneficiaries. In my opinion, any consumer considering these services should maintain thorough documentation and seek clear, written timelines for the distribution of assets.
