Colleen Margaret Duffy

Ms. Duffy did not uphold her fiduciary duty to her client during my case. The victim had told her that he had made up his statement, and had exaggerated the claims he made, and not once did she mention this in court. She was also combative, working against me even when I shared info that would've hel...ped my case. She also induced me into a plea by using scare tactics like calling the prison I may have gone to and telling me that I would likely serve life for my case despite the D.A. offer specifying that the punishment was 4 years in prison. She did not work with me or with my folks, discouraged me from doing anything outside of excepting the plea deal, and later neglected to send the proper documents that I had requested and had a legal right to. DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN!
