Highly recommended

A friend referred me to Mr. Chang, and It was the best decision I could ever make. In a matter of minutes, Mr. Chan called and explained to me step by step what to do. I highly recommend Kravitz & Chan Firm, they are very professional, and they know the protocols to follow. The resolution of my case ...was fast and favorable.

One honest, intelligent and diligent attorney

As a professional, having your license being revoked is an event that can destroy your career and self esteem. Especially when the allegations are neither true nor close there to. I was faced with a circumstance when I could have lost my license, notwithstanding my having been cleared of any wrongdoi...ng by both my colleagues and the hospital which employed me. Thankfully I was referred to Mr. Chan. He was not wanting me to settle my case; he knew I needed to show my professional peers my license and practice were both done according to the highest ethical standards. Paul believed me, not just on my word, but after he considered the evidence and did an exhaustive investigation of his own. He looked me in my eyes and told me 1) he knew I was I innocent: and 2) he would trust his family to my care. I broke down crying, knowing a top legal professional both knew of my innocence and trusted me with his family. With Paul’s support and extraordinary legal skill, I was shown innocent. No plea; a trial showed I did more than required to help my patient. Thank you Paul, for being an expert attorney and an honest, kind and talented man.

Paul Chan Saved my Career as a Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager!

As the manager of a pharmacy where the theft of large amounts of a highly abusable drugs (by non-licensed personnel). I was facing severe legal action/discipline against my personal license to practice and therefore work to support my family. After consulting with 4 attorneys regarding my case, I ch...ose Paul Chan because of his high level of professionalism and his confidence to successfully represent me. Paul assured and guided me through every step and nuance of the process, which lasted about 16 months. Paul successfully argued my case in front of an Administrative Law Judge at a hearing which lasted a very tough (for me) 1 & 1/2 days. Even though the judge's proposed decision of public reproval which would be the best outcome possible, Paul gave me a realistic expectation/concern, because of aggravating factors, regarding the final decision/outcome from the licensing board. I was expecting the worst, but Paul has the best written argument skills that any attorney can have. He used these skills successfully, which resulted in the board’s acceptance of the judge’s decision. Paul Chan’s success is evidenced by many years of experiences in defending professional licenses when faced with legal action/discipline. He answered all of my questions and concerns personally and very quickly. His fees are reasonable. I found his office easy to find, and staff very friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to hire Paul again. Your license to practice is well worth it. Do not hesitate to call Paul now!

A lawyer's lawyer

I am an attorney who needed expert litigation counsel for a trial. I hired Paul to represent my client and he did a fabulous job. He is intelligent, experienced and hard working. I would hire him myself or recommend him to another client.

review

Paul took my case and said he read all the materials I gave him. without my knowledge or input, he merely settled my case instead of litigating it. he made a mistake and missed part of my case which resulted in a lien against my property. He didn't call me after he 'settled' the case and only after m...any phone calls did he finally call me back to give me the bad news. I had worked for years on the case and it was a blow to me that he took the easy way out, with serious mistakes that cost me.
