This lawyer was shockingly inconsiderate and rude. Loved one needed a consultation and received rude comments filled with disdain by email. I called to ask if we were misunderstanding these written comments and Mark was enraged. He said I was aggressive when I was not, he was shocked I would waste hi...s time. It was disturbing. He said he would no longer help my loved on and He hung up on us. He acted like we were beneath him. The next day he emailed my loved one trying to get them to agree that their business was concluded by mutual agreement. She responded that she had agreed to pay him a consultation fee for an answer to a simple question, and didn't understand why he hung up. When he didn't like that answer, he then was again abusive and gave unsolicited, dangerous and demeaning legal advice, that was unrelated to the original request, and since he had not yet interviewed my loved one or been given complete information, it seemed less a professional opinion than simply abuse for the sake of abuse.
