She represented me in a Contested Trust litigation. Despite knowing the trial dates far in advance, she scheduled a vacation.mid trial. Due to the month long break in the trial, The judge forgot half of the testimony. She also told me I need to pay the defense attorney's travel expenses for having to... return for the rest of the trial. She refused to bring up perjury the defendant made numerous statements in her deposition that contradicted her trial testimony) and witness tampering ( the defendants mother threatened a witness, just put side the court room), despite an email from me imploring her to bring it to the judges attention. It was almost as if she was in collusion with the defense. I had agreed to pay her$20,000 for the trial, on top of $30,000 I had already paid her for reviewing the case and preliminary court dates. The day before returning to trial, after the break, I received an email invoice, for an additional $20,000, that I had not agreed to. Her paralegal/ assistant was very rude, unprofessional and patronizing.
