I have been an Advanced Practice Nurse in A...rkansas since 2007. My career as a RN started in CA in 1993. Unbeknownst to me surrendering my RN license in CA was not a good decision. If you are a provider, and you are on any state or federal list that excludes you from all states. What a freaking nightmare.
