Ian took over my case with the BRN for a disclosure of a reckless driving of 0.09 BAC. Mr Woo was very helpful and without his expertise I’m not sure I would still have my license. My only concern is I wish there were more communication as to the process. The only time I heard from the office was if I called first. I’ve never needed a lawyer so maybe this is a normal work flow. Because... this is an incredibly stressful time, reaching out regularly for updates and support would be helpful.
