Ian was awesome in everything he did for me! While I was travel nursing in California, I had a board complaint against my license for an unfounded claim, every travelers worst nightmare. We ended up having to go to hearing for this and the judge found that there was no evidence to support the boards ...complaint. He did a great job of making sure I was prepared for hearing, coaching me through everything and aggressively advocating for me. Every time I needed to speak with Ian he was promptly available and is like talking to a friend, nor did I get billed for legal time for every phone call or email. Made all of the legal proceedings easy to understand for someone who has never been through anything like this in their life. Mr Woo was very helpful and without his expertise I’m not sure I would still have my license. My only concern is I wish there were more communication as to the process. The only time I heard from the office was if I called first. I’ve never needed a lawyer so maybe this is a normal work flow. Because... this is an incredibly stressful time, reaching out regularly for updates and support would be helpful.
