I had Mr Ian Woo to represent me on a unique case/accusation filed against me by my previous employer to the Ca board of licensed vocational nursing, Mr Woo knew exactly what/where to focus on in providing proof that these are false accusations towards me. Ian was very supportive and communicative th...e whole time, even when on vacation, he was still on top of things , he kept me updated and checked in on me, helping me prepare and walked me through the whole proceeding. I felt very much supported and really cared for during this very stressful period, answering all my questions patently and in a timely manner and in a way that would help with my anxieties. The accusation/case was dismissed and NO further disciplinary actions were made, and i could happily continue practicing my profession and do what i love, being of service to others. Ian was incredible to work with and met every expectation I had. Mr Woo was very helpful and without his expertise I’m not sure I would still have my license. My only concern is I wish there were more communication as to the process. The only time I heard from the office was if I called first. I’ve never needed a lawyer so maybe this is a normal work flow. Because... this is an incredibly stressful time, reaching out regularly for updates and support would be helpful.
