Biography
I am an attorney who drafts estate plans, advises clients on trust administration, special needs trusts, probate, corporate law, business law including formation of legal entities, partnership agreements, asset and stock sales agreements and mediation.
My clients count on me to help create a plan for their families in the event of a tragic loss or incapacity to avoid probate and estate tax. We will work together to set up a smooth transition between the generations and preserve assets.
I help parents with special needs children to retain family assets while keeping public benefits in place.
