Our case was a travesty. Mr. Brelsford told us we were at third base with regards to settling. Then he did a 180, after we had met with all the attorneys involved. He told us we could not win, that no one would care there was an assault by a healthcare worker, that we had gone to too many physicians ...trying to get help for an undiagnosed spinal cord injury resulting in a permanent disability. He said we had to settle for what was offered by one physician. The settlement didn’t even cover the three years lost income. He claimed to have thousands of dollars invested in our case, but settled for a fraction of what he said would be offered.
