I had debated about filing for bankruptcy for almost a year, mostly because i thought the process would be more than I could handle. Tom made that fear go away! I have been looking for a right attorney to represent my case. I've received a lot of letters from attorneys who wanted to help me with my case, so I went through the letters and decided to pick Tom. I knew Tom will be my attorney before I've check out his website and Yelp. I can tell he is a flex...ible person to work on a case. I immediately texted him if I can make an appointment with him, so we did. Tom is very nice, friendly, caring, patient, understandable, and easily to communicate with. He makes me feel comfortable and walks me through step by step. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly to me about the bankruptcy. I am hard of hearing we communicate through text and email. Whenever I have questions, he replies fast. He did a very great job because all I have to do is sign paperwork and the rest of them he takes care of it. Within the following month my court date has been set. Tom Amberg is the very best! I originally met with several bankruptcy lawyers before I finally settled on Tom. He was the easiest to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I have never had an attorney before so I can't compare him to anyone. But I will say that he is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He always had an answer to every question or concern regarding my case. Also, he is professional yet very-much-so the average person, making him an approachab...le, easy-to-talk to person. Most importantly, I trust that his work is genuine. Not once did I feel that he was doing it for his benefit, rather that he was helping me out.
