I am a shareholder in the Sacramento office of LeClairRyan, a full service national law firm. My practice focuses on representing employers and management in employment litigation and traditional labor law. My practice is approximately 25% class action defense and complex litigation, 55% employment litigation in state and federal courts (harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, etc.), and approximately 20% traditional labor law (fighting the union, NLRB, PERB, even MSHA, and collective bargaining).
