After suffering through a domestic violence case I was accused of by an ex girlfriend. I was fortunately able to get my case dismissed due to false accusations. My ex girlfriend continued to pursue a restraining order against me that I strongly did not agree with shortly after. I contacted attorney R...oy and he was able to represent me right away. He was able to quickly meet with me to gather all the evidence and information he needed and in no time in court fighting aggressively for me. He fought the case like his life depended on it and his experience was able to reveal the lies and made up stories that my ex girlfriend made up about me. In the end, JUSTICE WAS SERVED and I was very happy with the outcome!!!

I had been going through a really hard time with life and started in a downward spiral because of my excessive drinking. I had no criminal record and was completely new to the legal system. I got into some legal trouble with a few DUIs and a vandalism charge which was handled by the Public Defenders ...office at first. After the original sentencing, I was in a minor legal battle about the vandalism charge and also in unknowingly had a bench warrant. I had lost my job in the midst of all my legal trouble and had just gotten a new job I was unqualified for. Had I been arrested and detained on the bench warrant, I probably would have been fired from my new job (this is the last thing I needed while trying to get sober.) Matt was a godsend during this time and knew he was the right attorney for me as soon as I met him. I interviewed 5 attorneys total. With Matt, the final result was that everything got cleared up and taken care of and I was able to continue with my life. It may sound minor by just reading this statement but the truth was it was the beginning of me getting to start over and he played a large part in that.

Matthew Roy was speedy in his response from my call to his office. He listened to me, informed me of his consultation fees and was able to schedule me in quickly. He was able to see the RO filed against me was done so in bad faith. Not only was the petitioner request denied, but the Judge entered a j...udgement for my legal fees to be paid by the petitioner.
