I engaged Ms. Nelson for a trust matter after my previous lawyer made a difficult situation more difficult by leading me down the path of litigation even though I had expressed interest in a private fiduciary to address a problem trustee. Even though the trust administration did not proceed as I woul...d have liked, I believe Ms. Nelson advised me in what she thought was best for me as a client and for the trust administration and she is ethical and highly competent, in contrast to my previous attorney.
