Jessica Rose Spinola

Jessica R. Spinola is an associate in the Sacramento office of Klinedinst. She has found success in retail defense, business litigation, employment law, and general liability matters. Her litigation practice areas include insurance defense, general negligence, and premises liability, automobile negligence, wrongful death claims, and habitability landlord-tenant matters, with clients ranging from private security firms and sports venues to trucking and construction companies to restaurants and hotels.

Ms. Spinola brings exceptional skills in mediation, depositions, and discovery. She is an experienced trial attorney, acting as a strong advocate for clients while working toward just and amicable resolutions.

She previously served as a criminal prosecutor with the Office of the District Attorney and has an extensive background in victim’s advocacy. In this role she prosecuted nine misdemeanor jury trials where she developed cases through every step of the prosecutorial process.

Ms. Spinola earned her J.D. from San Francisco Law School and her B.A. from University of California, Berkeley. During her time at UC Berkeley, she taught multiple student-run courses and took a special interest in Environmental Law and justice issues outside of her primary focus of English Literature. In her free time, she enjoys watching the San Francisco Giants play and attending live music shows.
