Face it, family law issues are not easy for the person experiencing it.  You are dealing with the most sensitive and important of issues that are core to your being: your family, your assets, and your financial wellbeing.  If I am granted the privilige of working with YOU the litigant, I seek to focus on your wants, needs and concerns.

My career as a domestic litigation attorney is centered on achieving high levels of client satisfaction and most importantly results.

I am designated a Certified Family Law Specialist in the State of California, by the State Bar of California.  I have over 15 years of litigation experience in Northern California and Indiana, with all areas of domestic relations, focusing regularly on divorce and paternity cases where child custody issues have intersected with domestic violence claims.  I enjoy working with litigants who find themselvs initially bewildered and frustrated with the legal system and providing a light and a roadmap to guide them through trial when needed and achieving agreed resolution where possible.

In my prior endeavor, I was recognized ten consecutive years as a leader in achieving client satisfaction, maintaining a 98%+ satisfaction rating by surveyed clients whom I have had the pleasure of working with at a nation-wide domestic relations law firm.*

I am accepting legal engagements in the following fields in California or which may be litigated in California due to ties to California: divorce and legal separation, domestic violence restraining orders, child custody and visitation, community and separate property issues, business owner divorce, military divorce, spousal support and alimony including ability to work and vocational evaluation issues, child support, grandparent and non-parent visitation issues, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, and guardianship actions.
