James Jeffrey Kaufman

James helped me with a couple evictions as well as the purchase of a 1.5m property. He gave me the great adive and over looked everything. Since I was purchasing the property without using brokers he stepped in and provided better consulting then a broker would who may just be interested in his com...mish. Over all he billed me for a couple hours to reviews agreements and i know he put more then a couple hours in. I would use him in almost any transaction moving forward.

James, is the best most efficient attorney I have ever used. He does not nickel and dime his clients treats them with utmost honesty. I just hired him about a year ago after having another attorney for about 6 years. Mr. Kaufman did more for me in the first 6 months then my previous attorney did i...n the 6 years! and he continues to be punctual and just plain the best. He calms me down when I get gung ho and solves every problem reasonable and rationally. I can call him and talk to him and ask him questions and he doesnt charge me, unlike other attorneys who sit there waiting with a pen writing down 15 minutes when we only only talked for about 5 minutes. Professionalism at its finest!
