Biography
Most of my practice been devoted to representing Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees. The majority of my bankruptcy work has been litigation to recover avoidable transfers, complex asset sales, and objections to exemptions and discharge. The balance of my practice has consisted of civil litigation in California state and federal courts, enforcing creditor rights and resolving disputes between business owners. In advising on these and related business matters, my goal is to develop accurate infomation and provide sufficient education so that the client can make an informed decision that protects and meets the needs of the client.

The Sacramento Bankruptcy Court suspended distribution on an allowed priority claim of the Franchise Tax Board because the Controller's Office refused to honor our client trustee's request for turnover of unclaimed property of the bankruptcy estate.

The 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel upheld our client trustee's objection to dismissal of bankruptcy case where assets had been concealed and there were discrepancies in the schedules and statement of financial affairs.
