Erin Jolene Radekin

I have been involved with the criminal justice system my whole teenage and adult life. I consider my self very lucky to have been able to find Erin Radekin,to represent me in my federal case. I have never been more impressed with a criminal defense lawyer. Erin truly cared about my family and i throu...gh the whole process. She has a way that makes you feel that everything is going to be alright. She fought hard for me and got me a deal that i could accept,when nobody else could. I would recommend her to anyone that is faced with the wrath of the prosecutor.

When my son was facing a prison sentence for a drug case, the previous attorney assigned was not able to bring the sentence down. It was at this time that our family researched Erin Radekin and we were very impressed about her enthusiasm and integrity. She went over and beyond of what was expected ...of her to represent him and was able to get his sentence not only reduced further, but able to get him the RDAP program and the second chance program. She never wavered with her defense and always kept him and us informed of her interactions with the prosecutor and the court. She was very involved with this case and her knowledge of the law was very comforting to us at this very stressful time in our lives. I would highly recommend Erin to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and know she will do everything in her power to provide an excellent defense.
