Erin Jolene Radekin

Our family is forever in debt to Erin for what she did for us. Because of her devoted determination to win, we were able to get approved to get our grandchildren from a Foster home in Oregon and into our custody. Our case was not an easy one either, for I had a record from my past hanging over my h...ead that was an almost guaranteed denial to get them. Once Erin got all the information she needed, it was on. Erin worked on our case day and night everyday including weekends. We were out camping and she would call and ask me about this or that and share every case that had any reference to ours. She was AMAZING!!! I was feeling guilty because she was consuming all her time to us. Not only did we win, Erin found that the county of my record, charged me with a charge that I did not plea to, which was a much harsher charge. That is why we were being denied. Erin went in front of a Judge in that county and put in a plea that my record be changed to what I was suppose to of been charged with and that it was effective that date, which was like 10 years prior. Than she asked to have it expunged, which that happened, too. Our grandchildren are out of the system and with their family, Thanks to Erin. "I think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, to be honorable, to be compassionate. It is, after all, to matter: to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference that you lived at all". This powerful statement, is Erin Radekin. She truly is all this. Thank You Erin for everything you did for us. We will never forget you!!!
