Incredibly Helpful Conversation

Our Go To!

Eli helped us set up our partnership and was straight forward and honest about the process and what was needed (so rare these days!). He gave us the expectation strait out and held to them (unlike the last corporate firm). Unfortunately when your new it takes a few to find the good ones. This is your guy!

The man, the myth, the legend.

There isn’t enough good things I can say about this guy. Was referred to him by a friend and I’m sure glad I was because he handled my issue promptly and with the utmost professionalism. I had an issue with the lawyer I had before Eli because the guy seemed to not care and was hard to get ahold of. Fortunately that wasn’t the case with Mr. Underwood and once he started working I felt extremely confident in his ability to handle my situation. Again, can’t say enough good things about this guy. I definitely recommend him.

DFW

Forced Fish and Game to disclose information denied in the PRA process. The information was withheld from the public for 25 years. This disclosure gave the public a much better understanding of the situation.

Review

Eli has been my lawyer for over two years in complex civil litigation in federal court. His knowledge of the law and writing abilities are exceptional. He works extremely hard for his clients. He is also very easy to communicate with, The matter involved a business transaction with foreign corporations as well as domestic corporations. Eli grasps difficult concepts and procedures quickly. I would highly recommend him if you have a business transaction you need help with. In addition to litigation matters he can help you with general business documents such as partnership or corporation formation.

Uninformed instigator

I received a letter from Mr. Underwood's office informing me that, "the government is moving forward with plans to acquire (my) property(ies)." Imagine my dismay! His letter was the first I had heard of it. I consulted with Mr. Underwood, whom informed me he had no knowledge if this information was current or correct. With hours of research, I have discovered the information he sent me was not correct. I am not sure of his motivation to propagate incorrect information, but be warned.
