In Dec. 07, my husband was arrested. In the beginning, I retained Dan for my husband, but then in Feb, the DA decided to pursue charges against me to make sure they got a conviction on my husband! Once I was being charged, Dan became my attorney, I was being charged with 5 felonies. I was terrified. ...I had never even gotten a traffic ticket, let alone been charged with a crime!
