Alexander Kin-Yip Lee

Alexander possesses a well rounded legal background in an array of practices areas. During law school, he gained valuable experience in bankruptcy through the McGeorge School of Law's Bankruptcy Clinic. Beginning as a certified student attorney, Alexander ended his time at the clinic as a team leader responsible for the instruction and supervision of student attorneys working on bankruptcy cases for the under represented population of Sacramento.

After leaving the clinic, he joined the Honorable Judge Ronald H. Sargis' staff as a judicial extern in the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of California. While drafting tentative rulings for the court, Alexander obtained invaluable knowledge and understanding that is necessary to guide clients through complex legal processes.

Concurrent with his work in bankruptcy, Alexander also worked as a legal research assistant for two professors. While serving in Professor John G. Sprankling's office, he researched complex issues of international aviation rights. Additionally, provided research and edit consultation in trust and ethical laws for the now published moot court case fileHuntington V. Asher.

Alexander started providing representation to landlords across the San Francisco Bay Area immediately upon admission to the California State Bar. He maintains an impressive record of resolving the majority of his cases without going to court. In addition to landlord/tenant representation, Alexander also represents clients in business acquisitions, and business formations.
