This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This sanction means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Simple as I can state it, this lawyer should be put in jail. But he has positioned himself into powerful places due to working with a certain member of Congress. And I am certain his credits at other sites are 'plants'. He now has a case with the Bar that is going to be looked at seriously next month, May 2013, and if you read this case against him, it sums up totally what I am saying here. If I had done what he has, I would be put in jail. You can see some of his true attributes here

I had dealings with Mr. Bolanos concerning tenant- landlord issues and I was not satisfied with the outcome. I feel that consumers need to be made aware there are disciplinary charges against Mr. Bolanos pending with the CA State Bar.
