Mr. Choudhary was very easy to talk to and very accessible. After working with him and learning through the process of our lawsuit, I felt that many aspects of our case could have been handled more efficiently and assertively. i honestly feel that information, I insisted Mr. Choudhary obtained coul...d have been done from the get go - e.g. insurance policy, and we could have known where we stood and would have made better decisions as to whether it was worth it to pursue or changed our strategy. I did not feel Mr. Choudhary had much experience and/or knowlegeable regarding construction defect. He also was not the best writer and I often had to edit as well as review his work. This was costly to us. Based on the aforementioned, I honestly can not give him a more favorable rating.
