Linda J. Conrad is an appellate specialist, certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, and an experienced mediator. She handles a variety of civil and family law appeals in the California Appellate Courts and the California Supreme Court. She also handles mediations in appellate cases with a goal of helping the parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement that preserves their relationships. Linda Conrad received mediation training in the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District through Dana Curtis Mediation and at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.

Since 1978, Linda Conrad has represented individuals and businesses throughout California’s Central Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area in litigation, appellate, and transactional matters. She has worked as a litigator in the trial and appellate courts representing a wide variety of clients including insurance companies, people injured in vehicular collisions, small businesses, non-profit organizations, individuals, and families. 

Linda Conrad's unique background in civil and family law litigation and appeals, certification as an appellate specialist, successful appellate mediation experience, as well as extensive mediation training has inspired her to offer facilitative dispute resolution services to  individuals and businesses in civil matters to help them work together in a cost-effective manner to reach solutions that allow them to avoid the stress of litigation and preserve healthy relationships.
