I hired Robert because while walking my dog one morning a neighbor's dog attacked my dog and, as a result, me. Both my dog and I suffered substantial injuries. Robert explained the process and thoroughly documented all my injuries which required medical treatment. He helped me answer questions dur...ing the Deposition and in the Mediation meetings. In fact, he wouldn't allow one of the Defendant's lawyers to harass me during the Mediation meeting. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Robert Brenner.

Rob helped me out with a naming dispute with another business. Rob looked up the case law, drafted a demand letter, and we were able to come to an agreement with the other business. We are seniors and the salesman for the company docusigned a contract for us on the first visit. We were unaware that this was the actual contract which was to ...run for 25 years. We thought we would review the contract before we would sign it. The company started a panel installation anyway without obtaining permission from our HOA. He wrote a strong letter to the companies involved.The case was eventually worked out with the help of the California State Licensing Board.
