Robert Brenner

Rob helped me out with a naming dispute with another business. Rob looked up the case law, drafted a demand letter, and we were able to come to an agreement with the other business. Rob billed me fairly for his time and I would reccomend him. There are lots of law firms out there, most dont have time... for small cases like mine. Rob took the time and got results. Will certainly turn to him again if needed.

I hired Mr. Brenner through Arag Legal as a consumer protection attorney. We were having a dispute over a lease with a solar panel company. We are seniors and the salesman for the company docusigned a contract for us on the first visit. We were unaware that this was the actual contract which was to ...run for 25 years. We thought we would review the contract before we would sign it. The company started a panel installation anyway without obtaining permission from our HOA. We hired Mr. Brenner to compel the company to remove the illegal installation. He wrote a strong letter to the companies involved.The case was eventually worked out with the help of the California State Licensing Board. Mr. Brenner played a pivotal role in starting the case and making us aware of the solar companies' wrongdoing. We were very satisfied with the work that Mr. Brenner did.

Safelite ruined my brand new Acura, acknowledged responsibility, but wouldn't warranty future repairs, totaling car, or diminished value. My ARAG Group Legal Plan referred Mr. Brenner, and we hired him, sent him paperwork a few times. He billed 2 hours at $425 an hour and to date, all he has done ...is send a demand letter and tell us he won't litigate. Takes multiple calls and emails to get a response from him, too. Our case is nowhere near resolved and now we are going to have to start over with a new attorney.

I hired Robert Brenner to go over a contract I had with a car dealer. The car tested positive for airborne mold. My family got sick but due to the mold. Robert wrote a demand letter based on the fact the car was still under warranty which in fact it wasn't. I gave him the entire purchase agreem...ent with dates etc. And even after reviewing the contract he still based the demand letter on warranty. I myself didn't understand all the fine print which is why we hired him but we trusted him. TO make matters worse when he sent me a copy of the demand letter for me to review after reviewing it I noticed part of it was from another demand letter for someone with a boat. He sent a demand letter that had half my info and half info from someone else. He invited me to come to his office. After we spoke he goes oh by the way you owe me $475 for this consult. Don't trust him he's not up front and even after he has all the info you still won't be certain he's doing you any justice.
