Biography
Roland X. Tiemann is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and California DUI Defenders Association. Mr. Tiemann graduated Summa Cum Laude from CSU, Sacramento with a pre-medical degree in Biology and completed his law degree at Lincoln Law School, Sacramento. He’s NHTSA/IACP certified to administer Field Sobriety Tests and is certified as a DOT Evidentiary Breath Alcohol Technician. He is one of the few attorneys in the nation and only one of two in California to own and operate the breath testing machines used in Northern California including the Alcosensor IV, Drager 7410, Drager 7110, and Intoxilyzer 5000. He’s an expert in forensic analysis and blood and urine testing and he emphasizes defending driver’s accused of DUI for alcohol or drugs.
