Vanessa Leigh Mosby

Vanessa began her Real Estate career as a Sales Agent in 2003 and became a licensed Attorney in 2016. During her 17 year tenure at Coldwell Banker Real Estate, she worked as a team with her Mother, became a licensed Broker, negotiated Short Sales on her clients and other agents clients, Formed and led a team of agents as Integrity Real Estate Group, mentored additional agents not on her team, and taught other agents classes on real estate contracts and disclosures. She has earned several awards and received professional designations related to Short Sales and Foreclosure Resources.

In 2016 Vanessa began practicing law in the areas of Estate Planning, Business law, Landlord-Tenant Law, and primarily disputes and creative solutions related to Property rights and transfers. Because of her background in Real Estate, Vanessa has excelled quickly in the legal field by successfully negotiating settlements during mediation and participation in Arbitrations and at Trial hearings. Vanessa is able to juggle multiple licenses and service a broad range of clients while maintaining her exceptional ethics and respect for her fiduciary duties, superior negotiating skills, and a thorough understanding of legal terms and ramifications.

Before Real Estate, Vanessa worked for various large corporations and government agencies, including the State of CA Department of Veteran’s Affairs, U.S. Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission, Fairfax County Department of Recreation, Teleglobe Communications Corp, and CGI-AMS Consulting Firm. Her Executive Assistant and Human Resource experience in Legal and Regulatory Affairs, Accounting/Finance, and Telecommunications are a great foundation for your success.

Vanessa was born in Los Angeles, CA and has lived on both the East and West coasts, with most of her years spent in the Sacramento region. After attending Del Campo HS in Fair Oaks, Kennedy HS in the Greenhaven/Pocket area, and having graduated from Elk Grove HS, she moved to the Washington DC area and attended George Mason University in Virginia. Upon returning to Sacramento in 2003, Vanessa obtained her Real Estate Sales license, California Attorneys license in 2016, Real Estate Broker license in 2018, and Mortgage Loan Origination license in 2021.
