Vanessa Amador is a Licensed Attorney, Broker, and Loan Originator with over 20 years of Real Estate experience. She began her Real Estate career in 2002 with the understanding that home ownership and preservation is often one's largest and most important investment. In 2007, Vanessa found herself in the foreclosure crisis where she quickly realized there was little help for homeowners. Before Real Estate, Vanessa worked for various large corporations and government agencies, including the State of CA Department of Veteran’s Affairs, the U.S. Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission, Fairfax County Department of Recreation, Teleglobe Communications Corp, and CGI-AMS Consulting Firm. Her Executive Assistant and Human Resource experience in Legal and Regulatory Affairs, Accounting/Finance, and Telecommunications are a great foundation for your success.
Vanessa was born in Los Angeles, CA, and has lived on both the East and West Coasts, with most of her years spent in the Sacramento region. After attending Del Campo HS in Fair Oaks, Kennedy HS in the Greenhaven/Pocket area, and having graduated from Elk Grove HS, she moved to the Washington DC area and attended George Mason University in Virginia. Upon returning to Sacramento in 2002, Vanessa obtained her Real Estate Sales license, California Attorneys license in 2016, Real Estate Broker license in 2018, and Mortgage Loan Origination license in 2021.
Vanessa is highly competent and has earned the trust and commitment of her clients and industry peers to become a superior referral partner and provides services locally, in surrounding counties, and by referral out of State.

Old water and termite damage not disclosed
After I bought this property my GC found this damage. I tried discussing the problem with the HOA but they said it was my problem to handle.
