My son has an IEP with his school but the district was totally ignoring the services he was supposed to have as well as segregating him from the GE students. I was at my last straw when I contacted Mrs. Knox. She was very compassionate and she and her staff supported us threw the entire Due Process p...rocedures. And even after settling with the district they still didn't abide by the ruling, so she filed sereval Out of Compliance Complaints with the COE, and we won those as well. I can't thank Mrs. Knox enough for all that she did for my son. As busy as she and her staff are they always made time to take a call or answer an e-mail with a question I had. Do yourself a favor and hire her firm if your child needs representation. Because your child deserves the best education you can find for them. Mrs. Knox will make sure your child receives just that.
