Biography
I am a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. My practice is statewide, covering the California Supreme Court, all of the California District Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit. I am also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. I provide representation in nearly all types of civil cases, including business disputes, contract disputes, tort cases, real estate, environmental and land use law, government liability, family law, and probate, I am also available to represent amicus curiae parties.
In addition to handling appeals and writs, I provide consultations for potential appeals, assistance in trial proceedings where an appeal is anticipated, and other general litigation support to trial attorneys, in nearly every type of civil case. I also represent clients in trial court litigation on a limited basis. I represent individuals, businesses, associations, and public agencies.
I believe in providing the highest level of legal services, in a cost-effective manner, to each and every one of my clients. I listen to my clients, provide candid advice, and work hard to obtain the best result possible.
