I entered the practice of law to help people. I work with businesses large and small, established and start up operations, for profit and not for profit. My fees are reasonable because I have low overhead and expenses. I work with several Of Counsel attorneys and service providers that have a range of skill sets that cover 99% of business needs.
I have extenstive experiance with various business areas including contracts, employment law, debt recovery, debt negotiation, litigation in both state and federal court.
I appreciate interesting/unique cases and making cutting edge legal arguments. My office does not shy away from the tough cases if the facts support the claims or defenses.
I truly enjoy the practice of law, consider myself a lifetime learner and appreciate the mystery of life and what the next case will bring and add to it.
