Geralyn Marie Clancy

We hired Ms. Clancy to help us get proper placement for our child with special needs who was taken out of school after an incident. We made our agreed upon payments to Ms. Clancy within 10 minutes of her sending the request. She was late for every call with us then she ghosted us. Never filed any pap...erwork with the courts, always said she was doing it in a couple of days, never met with the school districts atty, never even attended a meeting on our behalf. We ended up terminating her and we agreed to a partial refund of fees just to put the situation behind us and so we could hire a new atty. The refund check she sent was rejected by her bank. She created such a hardship for our family. I never expected this from a person who is supposed to advocate for disabled children.

Ms Clancy was a waste of $5000, she didn't provide a legal written opinion regarding my child’s case, she did not respond for several months to my weekly emails regrding update on the case. She mislead me to believe that they would settle, when they didn't she asked for an additional $5000 withou...t a clear understanding where the first deposit went. When I asked she terminated services. Don't waste your time unless you have the $$$$ to do so.
