I was new to trying to hire a personal injury attorney. I had a severe neck injury and need an attorney who would listen and take control of my case. As we entered into the settlement phase of the lawsuit, Mr. Allard-Reyes asked me to write a victim impact statement on how the accident, my injuries, the surgery, recovery, and physical therapy impacted my life over a 13-month period, to which I was more than happy to provide him. In addition, my wife also wrote a statement as my caregiver and how the accident affected her and how she had to care for me, not only physically, but emotionally as well. Mr. Allard-Reyes sent those statements, all the medical records and imaging records to two separate insurance companies, and both companies settled very quickly in my favor. My overall experience with Mr. Allard-Reyes was very good and I felt that he was not only my attorney, but also a compassionate and caring professional who guided me through a very complicated and arduous legal process with great success.
