Marc Eric Norton

Mr. Norton was the first attorney who I felt was really on MY side. Everyone before was just there out of compulsion. When the time for Mr. Norton to argue on my behalf came, he was prepared, articulate, and able to summarize the situation accurately and in a tone that invited the Commissioners to s...ee me from his view. For the first time in six parole suitability hearings (and over 33 years) I was found suitable and released. I believe Me. Norton's representation is what made the difference.

I would give 1/2 Star if I could. I hired Marc for a lifer hearing for an offender who committed his crime as a youth and has been incarcerated 36 years now . He was denied parole based on credibility even though this attorney had assured me this was a simple case that would most likely have a posit...ive out come. He should have taken measures to make sure everything looked favorable but he did not. Instead the board had based their denial on credibility. Then he had the nerve to send me a retainer $9k to appeal? Total disappointment
