Maureen Michelle Roberts

Maureen M. Roberts is the founding attorney of Roberts Family Law, PC, a Vacaville-based practice serving clients throughout Solano County and surrounding areas. The firm offers a flexible model of representation, providing both in-person and remote services tailored to client needs. Ms. Roberts focuses exclusively on family law, representing clients in divorce and related matters with an emphasis on financial issues, including property division, support, and post-judgment modification. She approaches each case with preparation, strategic planning, and candid guidance—ensuring clients understand their options and can make informed decisions at every stage of the process.

What distinguishes Ms. Roberts is not only her experience as an attorney, but the depth of her background in family law. Before being admitted to the State Bar, she spent more than twenty years working in the field—beginning at the front desk of a family law firm and advancing through every level of practice. This progression gives her a practical understanding of how cases move through the system, as well as the financial, procedural, and personal pressures clients face along the way. She earned her Juris Doctor while working full time in family law and raising a family, and has been practicing law in California since 2017.

Ms. Roberts maintains a deliberately limited caseload, allowing her to remain directly involved in every aspect of her clients’ matters. Her approach is steady, practical, and strategic—focused on resolving issues efficiently where possible, and fully prepared to advocate assertively when litigation is required.
